He held senior, domestic and international positions at Xerox Corporation in a set of diverse functions including manufacturing, logistics, field service, product launch, marketing and strategic planning.
Don is a senior executive, entrepreneur and consultant who has grown businesses ranging from "cocktail napkin" startups to multi-billion dollar Fortune 50 businesses in Citigroup, Norton Simon and Nabisco Brands. He has held senior roles as CFO, COO and CEO in North America and Europe. Brian has a significant background in event-driven, "Special Situations" in lower-to-middle market companies. He leads the RSG investment platform and focuses on the sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of prospective investments. His activities also include capital raising and direct management oversight of portfolio companies.
Prior to founding RSG, he had a long tenure with a 20+ year-old distressed investment firm with over $500MM AUM; leading its sourcing, underwriting and marketing initiatives.
